To ensure every appointment runs efficiently and delivers the best results, we ask that you review the following best practices before scheduling.

Be clear about the work needed

Providing clear details helps us arrive prepared and resolve issues faster.

Please include:

  • What the issue is

  • When it started

  • What has already been tried

  • The desired outcome
    The more detail you provide, the better we can serve you.

Scheduling, Urgent & After-Hours Requests

We understand some situations require immediate attention.

  • Urgent and after-hours appointments are available

  • Appointments after 8:00 PM may include an after-hours service fee

  • Same-day or rush service may include an additional charge based on availability

    We’ll always communicate pricing clearly before proceeding.

Reliability & Scheduling Commitment

When you’re on our schedule, you can expect us to be there as planned. If rescheduling is ever necessary, advance notice will be provided.

Service Rates & Minimum Visit

  • Standard rate: $75/hour

  • One-hour minimum applies to all service calls
    This ensures dedicated time and proper preparation for your service.

Payment & Billing Expectations

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle

  • Credit card via PayPal (processing fees may apply)

Cancellations & Changes

We value both your time and ours.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • All appointments and updates are confirmed via email

On-Site Safety & Conditions

For everyone’s safety, work areas must be accessible and hazard-free.

Service may be declined in unsafe or unsanitary environments.

Outdoor work may be rescheduled due to weather.

Additional Requests During Service

If additional tasks come up, we’re happy to assist when time allows.

Work beyond the original scope will be billed accordingly.
